Easby Electronics is a supplier to many contract manufacturers supporting the Automotive industry. The range of products supplied includes relays, diodes, capacitors and metal parts.

We supply parts from Tyco Electronics - a major manufacturer of automotive relays both in high volume and to specialised applications. It manufactures to international quality standards including ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002. The Power F4 relay with a continuous current rating of up to 45A has been used widely for many years and the newer Micro K series in both SMD and conventional format is smaller and lighter but is still capable of switching 40A.

Our suppliers Samwha and Nichicon provide specialised products to meet the higher temperature and lifetime requirements of the industry, and provide certification to ISO/TS 16949:2002. For example, Nichicon produces the SMD style UE series for 125C operation and vibration resistant with both the BT and BX series in conventional format for similar applications. Samwha offers the high reliability SMD series UC operating up to 125C with the RW and RB series in conventional packages. The VA series will operate up to 130C.

For high performance diodes and rectifiers manufactured to the exacting standards required, Taiwan Semiconductor will provide a solution. They have both ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002.

Arcotronics manufacturers film capacitors which can operate reliably in the automotive environment, they are robust in construction and cope easily with wide temperature variations. New products such as the Spider Cap have been developed for use in Hybrid vehicles.

Vogt supplies an extensive range of standard metal pins and connectors to the European automotive industry and can provide custom parts, including plastic mouldings if required.
